requires a different setup, I’ll tell you up front and keep it clean.
Can you keep everyone together?
We can keep you together where it matters (cabins/hotels and key activities) and build
in flexibility so no one feels stuck on a forced schedule.
How early should we start planning?
Earlier is better—especially for multigenerational travel, river cruising, and
expedition trips where space is limited and the best options sell out first.
Can you help us coordinate flights?
Yes. I’ll recommend routing and timing that protects the trip (and avoids the “one bad
connection ruins the week” situation).
What if the group wants different budgets?
That’s common. We can structure options with different cabin/room categories while
